General:

Use of this web site or More Time in a Day services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. You are encouraged to consult the following declarations to decide if you agree with and accept them as noted. We reserve the right to amend the contents of this web site, our materials and policies, and the Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.

Confidentiality:

All client information is kept confidential and in a secure area. We will never intentionally divulge, disclose or communicate client information with anyone outside the More Time in a Day organization. Confidentially agreements are available.

Liability:

All reasonable security steps will be taken, however More Time in a Day cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of client data or property while in our possession.

More Time in a Day takes precautions to ensure all electronic files and correspondence are free of viruses, and accepts no liability for any damage caused by corrupt data or computer viruses. Clients are responsible for providing their own sufficient virus protection.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all material provided to More Time in a Day, including but not limited to text, graphics, photos, and designs, are owned by the client or that the client has full legal permissions and rights for their use. The client will unconditionally hold harmless, protect, and defend More Time in a Day from any claim or suit arising from the use of such material supplied by the client.

We endeavor to ensure the accuracy of the finished product supplied to the client, however, it is the responsibility of the client to review and verify its accuracy. More Time in a Day cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions after final client approval.

The client agrees to limit the liability of More Time in a Day to the client and any other third party for any damage on account of any error, omission or negligence to a sum not to exceed the payment received by More Time in a Day for the particular service provided giving rise to the claim. More Time in a Day shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, lost profits, or punitive damages.

Services and Rates:

A signed agreement detailing all work to be provided and the terms of service and payment is required prior to the commencement of any project or assignment.

Detailed project timesheets are available to clients upon request. All billable time is tracked using software, and calculated to the individual minute.

"Billable time" includes time that is spent performing a task, communicating with the client, and providing samples or prototypes requested by the client. In the case of a service that requires travel, this will be negotiated prior to work commencing and the client will be billed for the travel time to and from the required location.

Incidental expenses incurred may be charged in addition to the service price and billed at actual cost (no mark-up). These expenses include, but are not limited to: photocopying, postage, couriers, printing, etc. In some situations, a deposit or prepayment for these expenses may be required.

New clients and some payment plans require a deposit before work commences. Deposits are non-refundable once a project has started or is in progress. Cancellation must be made in writing to More Time in a Day.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, and in full prior to the delivery of a completed project.

Should service be halted, suspended, or delayed by way of action or inaction of the client, More Time in a Day shall be entitled to immediate payment for services rendered and expenses incurred.

Prices are in Canadian Funds. Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be added to the invoice.
